Roofing for lightweight marquees

Herchenbach lightweight marquees have roofing solutions to suit every need: Roof tarpaulins with and without condensation protection, fixed roofs or our Heba-Therm® roof inside tarpaulins with excellent insulation and soundproofing properties.

Tarpaulin or fixed roof

Our industrial tarpaulin roofs are not only much more cost-effective than fixed roofs; in comparison to fixed roofs, they also offer a range of other advantages: They are translucent and let light into your lightweight marquee, they are quick to assemble, easy to switch out in the event of damage and if the marquee is moved or dismantled they are completely reusable. A tarpaulin is inserted inside or underneath to protect against condensation. Recently, it has become possible to simply attach a photovoltaic film.

If construction regulations or practical considerations make it necessary, we can make your lightweight marquee roof out of trapezoidal sheet metal or insulated panels.

Insulated Heba-Therm® inside tarpaulin

Heba-Fix® marquees can also be optionally fitted with the patent-protected Heba-Therm® tarpaulin, which offers excellent insulation values of up to 0.2 W/m² K . This not only significantly reduces your energy costs for heating or cooling your industrial tents, but also offers additional soundproofing.

For marquees with large spans, the Heba-Therm® tarpaulin is only used in the roof, and for smaller marquees it’s also used in the side walls. It is inserted in the aluminium structure and doesn’t require any maintenance. Of course, we can provide proof of flame resistance for the combination of tarpaulin and insulating material in accordance with DIN 4102 B1.
