Assembly – simple yet sturdy:

Industrial tents are stayed using steel foot plates and soil nails (up to 1.30 m length) or using dowels set in concrete. A base layer is not required.
The frame is assembled completely on the ground. The assembly procedure is then a simple matter, thanks to the special rotating joint built into the foot plate.

Sub-surface

What if the construction surface is uneven? It is simply balanced out by way of underpinning. Of course, this method only works to a certain degree. A solid construction surface such as compressed gravel, asphalt, paving or concrete presents no problems.

Assembly

Unlike steel hall structures, no crane is needed. Small halls are erected manually and larger ones with the aid of a forklift. Only when assembling hall widths of 20 m a crane is needed.

Self assembly

The use of standardised grid elements makes the construction process extremely simple. So simple, in fact, that it can even be performed by your personnel, under the guidance of our assembly foreman.

Fast assembly

Depending on its size, it can be possible to complete the erection of an industrial tent in a matter of days or even hours.

Modular construction

Something that can always happen is that tarpaulins or uprights become damaged. Thanks to the modular structure of our tents, the process of performing exchanges or repair can be performed quickly and easily.
