Benefits Heba-Therm®

Heba-Therm® tarpaulin with 4cm thick insulating material

Heba-Therm® tarpaulin with 4cm thick insulating material

Insulating with Heba-Therm®

To achieve high insulation values
(U = 0.2 to 0.8 W/m²K) the tarpaulin roof of our Heba-Fix® tents can be fitted with our patented Heba-Therm® tarpaulins, which contain insulation material, the thickness of which varies according to the required U-value.

As an insulated inside tarpaulin, the effectiveness of the Heba-Therm® tarpaulin is enhanced by the air cushion positioned between the regular outside
roof tarpaulin and the Heba-Therm®
inside tarpaulin.

The walls are fitted with insulated steel-sandwich panels as standard. In particular with small halls, the Heba-Therm® tarpaulin can be used both for the roof and for the walls. The use of the Heba-Therm® tarpaulin serves to reduce the energy required to heat or cool your tent!

Heat insulation

Heat insulation

Heba-Therm® tarpaulin: functions

  1. Heat insulation from the outside, when the hall interior is to be kept cool, for instance in supermarkets, sales halls, storage tents for food production (e.g. dairy products), wine storage, flower sales, drink storage, catering, etc.
Cold insulation

Cold insulation

  1. Cold insulation from the outside when the interior of the tent is being heated, for instance for exhibitions, weather protection for technical apparatus, or for protective coverings for building sites, sales halls, etc.

  2. Noise insulation: Events tents, protective covering for technical apparatus, etc.

Flame retardant (B1)

The composite tarpaulin/insulation material is of course certified as flame retardant by DIN 4102 B1.
The Heba-Therm® tarpaulin is threaded through the groove of the aluminium frame (without the need for brackets or belts).
